PapScreen Victoria's 2010 Campaign
PapScreen Victoria will be running a new state-wide campaign in Spring 2010.
The aim of the campaign is to encourage all women, including young women who have had the cervical cancer vaccine, to have regular two-yearly Pap tests between the ages of 18 and 70.
Further information and support will be offered to Pap test providers prior to the campaign.
The latest news about the campaign will be posted here.
If you have any questions about the campaign, please contact Helen Marsden, Media and Communications Coordinator on (03) 9635 5427 or helen.marsden@cancervic.org.au.
I've always been very aware of the importance of regular Pap tests, as my Mum had early-stage cervical cancer in her 30s.
She encouraged me to start having regular Pap tests when I turned 18 and I followed her advice, albeit begrudgingly!
