Successfully Working with Women and their Health is a 1-day workshop for international medical graduates and rural doctors combining information delivery with opportunities for interactive learning, followed by a fully supervised practical sessional with Clinical Teaching Associates to develop practical assessment skills.

Overcoming the Barriers workshops 

Supporting people with disabilities to access cancer screening

Overcoming the Barriers is a workshop designed for people who care for and support people with disabilities.

The information and activities in this workshop will explore the role of Pap tests, mammography screening and bowel cancer screening tests in cancer prevention and early detection.

This workshop will discuss barriers and strategies to enable participants to confidently discuss these issues with the people they support.

This is a free workshop and will contribute towards 4 hours of continuing professional development.
